信息工程咨询监理中心是首批获得成都市 “信息系统工程监理”资质认定的监理单位，具有国家“信息系统工程监理丙级”资质，是四川省首家同时兼具省（国家）、市信息系统工程监理试点推荐资质的单位。
信息工程咨询监理中心代表业主（建设单位）的利益，本着“守法、独立、公正、公平”和“监理与承建分离”的原则，对业主所委托的信息系统工程从质量、成本、进度、信息安全、知识产权、合同及信息管理等方面进行有效的全程监督，促使所建系统的实用性、可靠性、安全性、稳定性等指标达到建设要求。

The Consulting and Supervising Center of Information Engineering, subordinate to Chengdu Information Security Industry Base Limited Company, is one of the first quality-approved units by Chengdu Information System Engineering Supervision, and also possesses the quality of National Information System Engineering Supervision-Third Level as well. The Consulting and Supervising Center of Information Engineering, is at present the only experimental unit with the quality recommended by national, provincial and municipal Information System Engineering Supervision. According to the principle of "law-abiding, independent, equitable, impartial "and " separation of supervision and contractual construction", the Consulting and Supervising Center of Information Engineering will, on behalf of the clients (construction units), supervise the quality, cost, process, information security, property, contracts and information of the information system engineering entrusted by clients, and also spur the practicability, dependability, security and stability of the constructing system to reach the required standards.
